Conditions of Enrollment (Please Read Carefully)

Applications cannot be considered unless accompanied by a $600 Deposit.

The Camp Director reserves the right to dismiss a camper when it is deemed
to be in the best interests of both child and camp. In the
event that a camper is dismissed from camp, there will be no refund
of camp fees.

There are no deductions for campers arriving late or leaving early.

In the event that the registration is cancelled after March 1, 2008, 80% of
total fees will be refunded. No refund will be made
for cancellations after May 1.

I understand that Camp Lakeland and the Jewish Community Center (JCC) will provide necessary and
appropriate supervision of my child(ren) and that Camp Lakeland and
the JCC, their officers, agents or employees, will not be responsible for
any accident or injury unless arising out of negligence or willful misconduct
of Camp Lakeland or JCC personnel. I authorize the JCC to use my
child’s photograph in publicity and news releases at its discretion.

Every precaution is taken for the safety and good health of our campers
but, in the event of accident or illness, the Camp does not assume
responsibility for any accidents.

The Camp retains full-time medical staff on site throughout the summer
season with a fully equipped Infirmary. In the event that a camper
requires special medication, X-ray or treatment beyond that which is possible
at the camp, we will make every effort possible to notify the parent/guardian.

The balance of the camp fee is due on May 1, 2008.

The Camp CX is where campers can purchse items needed for the summer, i.e. flashlights, batteries, stamps, etc. This CX fee will include a candy bar (or a healthy alternative) each day for your camper(excluding Shabbat), a 2008 summer slideshow CD rom and a popular Camp Lakeland T-shirt.
The CX fee is $15.00 per week with a maximum amount of $45.00. Parents may contribute
more to this fee as needed. This fee will be due along with the $600 deposit for camp.

All applications will include a registration fee. For all new campers, this
fee is $200 for a 3 1/2 week session (or longer) and a $100 for a mini camp
session. For all returning campers, this fee is $175 for a 3 1/2 week session
(or longer) and $75 for a mini camp session. This registration fee is waived for
all JCC members.
